# Billing and Invoices

> SVGverseAI uses Dodo Payment Gateway for secure, reliable subscription management and billing. You can view your active plan, payment history, and downloadable invoices anytime from the Billings section of your account dashboard.

### **Where to Find Billing Information**

1. Go to **Account → Billings** in the left sidebar.
2. You’ll see an overview of your active subscription, including:
   * **Current Plan** (Free, Starter, Creator, or Pro)
   * **Total Credits** — available and used
   * **Subscription Amount and Renewal Date**
   * **Plan Status** (Active, Canceled, or Expired)

Your subscription renews automatically every month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

### **Invoices and Payment History**

Each successful payment through **Dodo** automatically generates an invoice, which appears under the **My Invoices** section of your billing page.

You’ll find details such as:

* **Date** — when the payment was processed
* **Amount Paid** — in USD
* **Payment ID** — your Dodo transaction reference
* **Action** — a link to **Download** your invoice

Invoices can be downloaded as PDFs for your records or accounting purposes.

### **How to Download an Invoice**

1. Go to **Account → Billings → My Invoices**
2. Locate the payment record you want.
3. Click **Download** next to the corresponding invoice.
4. Your invoice will automatically download in PDF format.

Each invoice includes your **plan name**, **billing amount**, **payment ID**, and **transaction date** for transparency and documentation.

### **Automatic Renewal**

All paid plans renew automatically every 30 days via **Dodo Payments**.\
You’ll receive an email confirmation for each successful renewal.

> 💡 **Tip:** If your payment fails, SVGverseAI will retry automatically within 24 hours. You can also update your payment method directly from your **Billings** page to ensure uninterrupted access.

### **Refunds and Cancellations**

SVGverseAI does **not offer refunds** for canceled subscriptions.\
However, if you cancel your plan, you’ll still retain access to your credits and features until the end of the current billing cycle.
