# Content Ownership, Usage Rights, and Copyright

> SVGverseAI values creativity and transparency. The ownership and usage rights of your generated images or uploaded works depend on your plan type and how the content was created or shared.

### **AI-Generated Images**

Images generated using **SVGverseAI’s AI tools** (Text-to-SVG, PNG to SVG converters, or any Spark/Blaze mode generations) are governed by the following terms:

#### **Free Plan**

* All images generated under the **Free Plan** are **publicly visible** in the **SVGverseAI Community**.
* These images are **not licensed for commercial use** — they can be viewed, liked, shared, or used by others for personal and educational purposes only.
* Public generations may be featured in community galleries or used by SVGverseAI for showcasing AI capabilities.
* Users under the Free Plan do **not** own exclusive rights to these generated images.

#### **Paid Plans (Starter, Creator, Pro)**

* Images generated under a **paid plan** are fully owned by the subscriber.
* You hold **complete commercial, copyright, and usage rights** for every image generated under your account.
* These assets can be used for **branding, marketing, resale, digital products, client projects, or print materials**.
* Private generations remain **exclusive** and are never shared publicly unless you choose to publish them.
* Even after your subscription ends, you retain ownership of the images created during your active paid period.

> ⚠️ **Note:** Regardless of plan, generated assets cannot be used to train AI models or redistributed as datasets without written consent from SVGverseAI.

### **Spots — User-Uploaded Works**

Spots is a creative hub inside SVGverseAI where designers, artists, and agencies share their **own design works** such as **UI/UX designs, vector art, or branding concepts**.

#### **Ownership and Display**

* You retain **100% ownership** of any content you upload to **Spots**.
* By uploading, you grant SVGverseAI a **non-exclusive license** to display your work publicly in the **Spots gallery**, to help connect you with recruiters, freelancers, or other creators.
* Your work will always be attributed to your **SVGverseAI profile**.

#### **Community Visibility**

* Uploaded works can be liked, saved, and shared by others for inspiration purposes only.
* Users are **not permitted to download, resell, or modify** your uploaded designs without your consent.
* You can remove your content anytime from your **profile → Spots dashboard**.

> 💡 **Tip:** Think of Spots as your creative portfolio — a space to showcase your talent, attract clients, and inspire others in the design community.

### **Important Notes**

* SVGverseAI respects your creative ownership. We never claim copyright over paid-plan creations or uploaded designs.
* However, any **public generations** or **Spots uploads** may appear in marketing visuals or product showcases to promote SVGverseAI’s features.
* SVGverseAI prohibits uploading content that violates copyright, contains explicit or hateful material, or infringes on third-party trademarks.
